Exercise is about moving your body and feeling your absolute best. When you exercise, you increase your heart rate, increase blood flow throughout your body and strengthen your muscles to remain healthy and strong. ​It is important to be in tuned with your body because it has been intelligently designed. Taking care of your body and eating healthy foods helps support your overall health and protect you from disease.

Our bodies were designed to be in alignment with the natural rhythms of the earth. For example, our circadian system aligns with the rise and fall of the sun each day with an increase of hormone production in the morning and a rise of melatonin in the evening. Our entire system responds to the world around us with our individual needs changing as the seasons change.

As the winter season comes to an end, spring time awaits us. You will begin to see the earth come alive again. As the days become longer and the night becomes shorter. The earth begins to warm up, bloom and produce its fruits.
